I got an email yesterday from a former coworker at the former Modesto Remote Encoding Center. It had a link to a video on Youtube, featuring everyone’s favorite supervisor, Dan, making a special holiday announcement:
Dan is now a supervisor at the Kearney station, in Modesto.
If you watch the clip at Youtube, you’ll see another clip there of Sandy saying hello. She was an Acting Supervisor at the REC and is now a letter carrier in Turlock.

Crooks and Liars posted a Youtube video about shock treatment, torture, the economy, and government policy. I thought this a nice opportunity to test linking to Youtube videos here. So here you go. Watch and “enjoy.”
A Video that Almost Made Me Mushy

I used to cry all the time when I was a child, now I almost never do. But every once in a while something will make me choke up, like a movie or a song. Here’s a video on YouTube that had that effect on me. It’s been out over six months, but I hadn’t seen it. This comes by way of A Whore in a Temple of Reason here, who was pointed out by Infidelis Maximus here.
